We had a complicated situation as we were selling our house in Brandon Florida from New York. After a very unsuccessful relationship with our first Realtor, we searched for another. To this day, I wish we had learned about Tom and Bethany Hammar before, but then very thankful that we learned of them at all. From the point of the first conversation they instantly made us feel more confident and relaxed of our decision. It was blatantly clear that they are very knowledgeable in their fields. We instantly began to remarket our house no time spared. We retained the skills of Bethany’s staging service, and Tom’s painting and "Jack of all Trades" service which included painting, repairs, and tile work. Their attention to detail was second to none. I thoroughly believe that this is what set our house above the rest to get it sold…..fast. Communicating long distance, we had to put our trust in them, which they made it very easy to do. Tom and Bethany communicated every step with frequent phone calls, emails, and took before and after pictures and emailed them to us immediately.They definitely made us feel like we were their #1 client, and they put our opinions and concerns first. When it came time to deal with offers on the house, Bethany was a great negotiator of our needs, and we knew that she had our best interest in mind and dealt accordingly. We had a few offers at once, and there was quite a bit of juggling that had to go on, and Bethany handled it all with ease, grace and professionalism. Once we had accepted an offer, Bethany didn't’t stop there. She was on top of every detail and wording of all the paperwork and correspondences. She let nothing slip through the cracks. Our closing was seamless. Even though we have never met in person, we would call Tom and Bethany Hammar our friends, and would recommend them to anyone who is in search of Realtor needs. They provide Knowledge, services, and care to the whole process that is well beyond typical expectation.

Bethany listened to all our concerns and explained to us our options.
